Mr. Arup Das is the Director of Monsur Biotech Private Limited. Prior to joining Monsur Biotech, He served the departments of Agriculture, Government of West Bengal in different capacities since 1987. Finally he retired from Government services as an Additional Director Of Agriculture (P) on superannuation in February 2022 . Mr. Das is known as an inclusive leader who has a track record of delivering key initiatives through strong engagement and well being for our farmers.
Mr. Das holds a degree in M.Sc Agriculture from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Nadia, West Bengal .
M J Ali Laskar is the chairperson and Managing director for Monsur Biotech Private Limited. He also serves as Farmers Advisor of the Government of India. He also plays a key role in aligning the core leadership team towards the group’s goal. In his larger role he is the Founder of Monsur Group.
M J Ali Laskar holds a degree in Agri-Business Management. He continues to pursue higher academic specialisation in his area of expertise. His expertise continuously introduces new avenues for the company. He focuses his effort towards achieving the Group’s overall vision of becoming a global leader .
